Childhood Hero Day - 23 June 2010
A Childhood Hero is an ordinary Australian who wants to make a real difference to Australia's most vulnerable children. By making a donation, you can help an abused child receive the specialist counselling they need to recover from the trauma of abuse, neglect and family violence.
That is why the Australian Childhood Foundation runs its Childhood Hero Day each year. Childhood Hero achieves its aim by celebrating the fun, innocence and importance of childhood. It also allows the Foundation to raise funds to help a vulnerable child smile, trust and learn again.
