Dancing with the Stars Series Five

The dance lessons have already started for Series Five of Network Seven's Dancing With The Stars...

As some of you may know our very own celebrity champion, Home & Away star Chris Hemsworth, is onboard after being approached by Network Seven producers, who have had their eye on him for some time and are delighted he has finally joined the popular show.

Hosted by Daryl Somers and Sonia Kruger, Dancing with the Stars is broadcast live every Tuesday night from Network Seven's Melbourne studios. Each week, the celebrities and their professional dance partners will strut their stuff on the dance floor in an effort to show off their skills and further their involvement in the competition.

Chris's main reason for getting involved in the show is to raise funds for his nominated charity. As an Ambassador for the Australian Childhood Foundation (ACF), Chris has nominated ACF as his charity. This will also be a fantastic benefit to ACF, as it will give us positive exposure on Australia's most highly rated program.

Our role in it all is to vote for Chris and his partner as much as possible!! Chris is a popular guy and a great Ambassador for ACF. With our support we can help him make it past the finish line.

To do this, we must all get calling and texting our votes in to support Chris and his dance partner Abbey Ross.

The voting is simple. The couples face a vote from the panel of judges and a vote from the viewing public. The votes will then be compiled, and the lowest scoring duo each week will be eliminated from the series. And so it will go, weekafter week, until just one star remains. This Star will be crowned the Dancing with the Stars Champion.
