Work Place Giving
Workplace Giving is a great way for staff to make a valuable contribution to the community. They can do this by making an individual pre-tax contributions to a charity, directly from their pay.
There is also the opportunity to offer a staff matching component to your Workplace Giving scheme. Not only does it add value to the Australian Childhood Foundation, it greatly increases staff participation and belief in your organisation’s commitment to corporate social responsibility (CSR).
Research shows that organisations with an active CSR strategy have greater loyalty and productivity, and lower turn over, from their staff.
At the Australian Childhood Foundation, we like to work with you to add value to your Workplace Giving Program by suggesting ways of involving staff in your CSR strategy.
